We are a small Orlando law firm with a large reach and resources. We associate with good people, we work with good people, and we represent good people, because we choose to do so. We built the Warner & Warner law firm on classic word of mouth, because we believe relationships are critically important to both the practice of law and to life in general.
Our background, experience, training, and education are all important parts of who we are and why we do what we do. At Warner & Warner, our commitment to excellence and our clients’ well-being drives everything we do, ensuring that we provide not just legal representation, but genuine support and exceptional results.

Deborah Gallagher Warner
Debbie Warner is a managing partner of Warner & Warner. She handles complex personal injury, auto accidents, wrongful death, medical malpractice and nursing home negligence/neglect cases. Most often clients come to Debbie at a time when they have been seriously injured and are suffering, confused, and vulnerable. Debbie is a top rated and experienced trial lawyer, and she is committed to providing ethical and aggressive legal representation, while treating her clients with the compassion and respect they need and deserve.

Scot D. Warner
Scot Warner is a managing partner of Warner & Warner, and he brings strong integrity and a blue collar work ethic to his practice. Scot believes the most important aspect of the practice of law is service to his clients, and he values client communication. Scot learned early in his career that clients who have been injured need representation that is compassionate, responsive, and personalized to their specific needs. Scot takes his clients’ calls, promptly returns calls and emails, and takes the time to provide detailed explanations and answers about any aspect of the case. Unfortunately, this level of service seems to be lacking in many lawyers–especially those with a high volume, advertising-based practice.
