A Unique Perspective from Both Sides of the Courtroom

After graduating from law school, Scot Warner attorney began his career at a large commercial litigation firm, practicing a mix of insurance defense and personal injury work. This mixed practice gave him a unique perspective and unparalleled experience. During this time, he represented the largest nursing home company in the United States while simultaneously representing auto accident victims and people injured by defective consumer products.

This highly educational foundation served him well as he spent several years defending nursing homes, hospitals, and physicians at an Orlando insurance defense firm. He eventually transitioned to representing only injured people and their families at one of the most respected plaintiffs’ personal injury firms in Florida. After nearly a decade of managing and litigating cases for that firm, Scot decided to open his own practice to provide the personalized, ethical, and aggressive representation clients deserve.
