Truck Accident

Our client was driving his pickup truck in Lake County at the speed limit of 45 miles per hour when another driver in a pickup truck violated his right of way and attempted to turn left in front of him. The high-speed nature of the crash caused over $20,000.00 in damage to our client’s truck and he suffered serious permanent injuries to his cervical and lumbar spine and brain.
