Car Accident

Our 26-year-old client was riding home in the back seat of a rideshare one morning on I-4 when an inattentive (and probably impaired) driver drove the wrong way down an I-4 exit ramp and began driving down I-4 the wrong way. Unfortunately, our client’s driver did not see the other vehicle until it was too late to avoid a catastrophic collision with both vehicles traveling over 50 miles per hour. Although our client wore his seat belt, he suffered unimaginable injuries to his abdomen and internal organs as well as multiple fractures, lacerations, and other serious injuries.  Thankfully, the insurance company appreciated the gravity of the crash and the severe lifelong injuries our client suffered and settled the case quickly and efficiently without wasting time and money on unnecessary litigation.
