TopGlore has issued a voluntary recall of its Narskido infant bath seats. The company says the recall will affect around 650 units of bath seats.
The seats reportedly didn’t meet the safety standards for baby bath seats. The product’s design didn’t meet the established requirements. Especially when it comes to the leg openings and stability. The seat could reportedly tip over while in use. This poses a drowning hazard to infants.
TopGlore hasn’t received any reports of accidents and injuries due to the issue.
What are the Affected Products?
The recall is only focused on the Narskido infant bath seats made out of molded plastic. Consumers can choose from white or light blue seats.
The baby bath seats had suction cups at the bottom. This is to ensure that it remains steady. The bath seat also has a removable handle at the front. Consumers can also find a temperature card at the back of the seat’s base.
The Narskido bath seats were all manufactured in China. They were then sold at www.Amazon.com. The product ran from May to September 2022. It retailed for around $30.
