Foremost Foods Corporation has issued a recall of its Pamana Mini Fruit Jelly Cups. The container for the jellies is a possible choking hazard. Small jelly cups had become implicated in choking fatalities in children.
The mini jelly cups are all sold in large clear plastic jars.
A representative of the FDA confirmed the potential choking hazard. But Foremost Foods hasn’t received any reports of consumers choking on the fruit jellies.
This isn’t the first recall for possible choking risks. Juratoys US Corp. recalled its Sweet Cocoon tables back in May. Diamond Visions Inc. also recalled its Screaming Plush Monkey Toys over the same issue back in April.
